Education and Training Dr. Rowinski graduated as a doctor from the Federal University of São Paulo (1995-2000). He completed his General Orthopedics Residency (2002-2004) , Shoulder & Elbow Fellowship (2005) , and served as an Assistant in the Shoulder & Elbow division (2006) at the same university.

Professional Experience He holds multiple concurrent positions as Chief of Shoulder & Elbow Clinics in São Paulo, including:

• Hospital Dr Moysés Deustch – M’boi Mirim (2008-2025).
• Clínica Suort (2006-2025).
• Hospital Igesp (2007-current). Since 2006, he has also been an Assistant in the Shoulder & Elbow Group at the Federal University of São Paulo, where he is an Instructor in the Orthopedic Education/Shoulder & Elbow fellowship. Additionally, he is a Member of the General Orthopedics Residency Faculty at Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein (2013-2025) and was a Preceptor in the Shoulder & Elbow Fellowship at NAEON SHOULDER TEAM (2013-2018).

Academic Contributions

• International Faculty: Dr. Rowinski has served as International Faculty at several congresses, particularly in India, where he presented Shoulder lectures, organized workshops, and performed live shoulder trauma surgery (e.g., in 2013, 2015, and 2017).
• Publications: He is the author of Chapter 07, titled «DISTAL END HUMERAL INTRA-ARTICULAR NONUNIONS: BOTH INFECTED AND ASEPTIC,» in the book Guidelines in Fracture Management – Nonunions in Long Bones, vol. II, published in 2016.
• Peer Review: He served as an International Peer Reviewer of Upper Limb Articles for the Indian Journal of Orthopedics (IJO) from 2015 to 2019.
• Congress Attendance: He has regularly attended relevant Shoulder & Elbow Congresses globally from 2005 to 2024.
